Lead Pastor
I am originally from Hollidaysburg, PA. In 2023, I was called to minister here at First Baptist Church in Mifflintown. I am a graduate from Lancaster Bible College and have pursued graduate training from Liberty University. My wife (Dionne) and I have been blessed with five children and some have left the nest. We had the privilege to serve in six churches from New Jersey, Maine, New York, and Pennsylvania.
I have passion for expository preaching and ministering to all ages with an emphasis on discipleship and growth. I seek to equip our members with the Gospel to serve as we seek to reach and teach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We enjoy life and the opportunities that the Lord gives to us. Summer is our favorite time of the year. We always vacation at the Ocean.
Also, part of our family includes: an Australian Shepherd, a Siberian Husky, and our African Grey Parrot. Our parrot’s name is Dallas. That’s also our favorite football team:-)

Assistant Pastor
Born in 1981 in York, PA, I moved to Mifflintown in 1990, and graduated from Juniata High School in 2000. Today, I am married to Melissa, and we have five children whom she homeschools. We got to know each other here in Juniata County, moved to Belleville, and then moved to Montana for 14 wonderful years that changed and matured us in so many ways. In the Summer of 2024, we moved back to PA to be close to both of our families.
Over the years, I have always been involved in music, through teaching, performing, and especially ministering and worshipping. It was through musical worship that the Lord first kindled afire in my heart to know him. As a result, I have a passion to pass on that love for the Lord and instill in others a desire to know Him. Teaching was the vehicle for that passion for the past 19 years, 17 of which I have taught Bible to high school students.
While we miss our old home in Montana, we are reminded daily of God's goodness and faithfulness in caring for our every need, and we are so excited to be serving here at First Baptist.
As a family, we love to garden, ice skate, play games, and have people over to our house.
